The Birth of a Frequency

Just like the flowers and vegetables, our energy is nourishing the planet

July 12, something sacred and sound-shifting was born at Fairgate Farm,

a live, heart-beating, rhythm-fueled experience called The Pink Frequency.

It was our very first public gathering, and it set the tone for what’s to come.

When people heard we were using drums, some expected a drumming circle.

What they got was movement, sweat, music, breath, and full-body activation.

This wasn’t a drum circle.

This wasn’t just a workout.

This was a frequency rising.

We danced. We stretched. We moved through frequencies and forms. Everyone who came left changed more open, more alive, more aligned. And yes, by the end, we were all glistening and glowing. It was real movement medicine.

What is The Pink Frequency?

The Pink Frequency is a rhythmic wellness experience I created to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance. It’s part movement class, part sound healing, part community joy with live drumming at the center. It’s music-led, heart-led, and spirit-fueled.

This offering came from my work in the Match Her Beauty Campaign, which began as a love note to mature beauties (50+) women who deserve gentle maintenance, real care, and loving support. Over time, I saw that beauty care isn’t enough. We need motion. We need expression, release, power, joy. That’s what The Pink Frequency gives us not just outer glow, but inner ignition.

Now, the class is open to everyone of all walks of life. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about participation. It’s about frequency elevation.

A Word of Thanks + What’s Next?

I’m deeply grateful to Fairgate Farm for allowing us to bring this experience to life on such sacred, grounded soil. Our next gathering will be Saturday, July 26th at 10 AM, back at Fairgate Farm. The Pink Frequency will not stay in one place. We'll also be hosting pop-up gatherings in other locations soon, so stay tuned.
